Well, its felt like quite a hectic week here at Nintendo Life! The biggest news, of course, was the confirmation that Bayonetta 3 will finally be launching in October this year<\/a>, along with the delightful surprise of a physical edition of the first game<\/a>. To top it off, Platinum Games confirmed that you can toggle the game’s naughtier bits on and off in the ‘Naive Angel Mode’<\/a>, which is kind of an awesome name!<\/em><\/p>\n

Elsewhere, the Sega Genesis Mini 2 was confirmed for North America<\/a>, and Nintendo announced that it has acquired the visual production company ‘Dynamo Pictures’<\/a>, with a view to enhance its video output for Nintendo IP. Finally, Kate has put together a wonderful list of books, films, and TV that pair perfectly with some of your favourite games<\/a>; it’s well worth checking out!<\/em><\/p>\n

So this weekend, I’ve decided it’s about time I sit down and play through The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time<\/a>. Besides Breath of the Wild<\/a>, it’s been yonks since I last played any of the 3D Zelda<\/strong> titles, so I’m a bit scared to go in and find that it’s lost some of its lustre, but excited to dive back into Hyrule nonetheless.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, with the confirmation that Bayonetta 3<\/a> will be launching on October 28th, I’ve of course gone right back to the first game<\/a> to catch myself up. It’s still one of the greatest hack ‘n’ slash games of all time, without a doubt, and I can’t wait to see where the story goes in the third entry.<\/p>\n
