One of our favourite indie games on the horizon just got a new trailer and a bunch of new screenshots, and we&#8217;ve got the exclusive! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/switch-eshop\/misc_a_tiny_tale\">Misc. A Tiny Tale<\/a> is a beautiful little gem of a game that was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/news\/2021\/09\/chibi-robo_inspired_3d_platformer_misc_a_tiny_tale_confirmed_for_switch\">confirmed for Switch last year<\/a>, and features two tiny robots, Buddy and Bagboy, on an adventure to collect cogs and help out other tiny characters you meet along the way.<\/p>\n<p>You can probably tell just from the way it looks, but developer Tinyware Games has been heavily influenced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/gamecube\/pikmin\">Pikmin<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/n64\/banjo-kazooie\">Banjo-Kazooie<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/n64\/super_mario_64\">Super Mario 64<\/a>, and of course, cult classic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/gamecube\/chibi_robo\">Chibi-Robo<\/a>, creating a 3D platformer that&#8217;s story-driven and character-led, just like the good ol&#8217; days.<\/p>\n<p>The game was initially slated for a 2022 release, but since the team really is tiny (three people across two countries!) it needs a little longer in the oven, so the release window has been moved to 2023. There will be <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1308940\/Misc_A_Tiny_Tale\">a new demo for the game on Steam<\/a> from Monday, 13th of June, if you want to give it a go.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/miscatinytale.threadless.com\/\">Tinyware also has a merch store ready to go<\/a>, if you love the idea of having a wee robot in your pocket!<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a gallery of the new and exclusive screenshots of Misc.
