The Pocket Monster&#8217;s beat &#8217;em up will no longer be a part of the Pok\u00e9mon Championship Series after 2022, The Pok\u00e9mon Company has announced.<\/p>\n<p>Pokk\u00e9n Tournament has been part of the Championships since 2016 and the Wii U version, and its sixth year will be its final one and won&#8217;t be seen at the Play! Pok\u00e9mon events. No reason has been given for the game&#8217;s removal from the line-up, but the game hasn&#8217;t been updated for a long time, and perhaps The Pok\u00e9mon Company sees something different in the Championship Series&#8217; future.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"object object-tweet\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p><span lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">When the 2022 Season concludes, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PokkenTournamentDX?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PokkenTournamentDX<\/a> will no longer be part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PlayPokemon?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PlayPokemon<\/a> program.<\/p>\n<p>We acknowledge this game\u2019s incredible community &amp; its unwavering support.
