In a relatively low-key post from Pac-Man’s official website<\/a> to celebrate the franchise’s 42nd Anniversary, it’s been announced that a collaboration will launch between the classic Bandai Namco franchise and Epic’s titanic battle royale game Fortnite<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the official post, ‘items with the “Pac-Man” motif’ will appear in Fortnite starting on Thursday, June 2nd. It sounds like this will be limited to apparel, meaning you likely won’t be seeing Pac-Man himself trotting around the map.<\/p>\n

No further information has been provided at this time, including specific items and appearances, but it’s likely we’ll be getting some more information sooner than later.<\/p>\n

Before that, though, we’re going to be getting a new update on May 26th that will add Star Wars’ most eloquent Jedi Knight, Obi-Wan Kenobi<\/a>. And if that’s not enough, Robocop has also been added to the game<\/a>, expanding Fortnite’s seemingly limitless ‘multiverse’ potential.<\/p>\n
