It seems like such criticism has only increased in time, too, with the likes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_legends_arceus\">Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Arceus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_sword_and_shield\">Pok\u00e9mon Sword &amp; Shield<\/a>, and even the recently announced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pokemon_scarlet_and_violet\">Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet &amp; Violet<\/a> all receiving significant heat from fans over their graphical styles.<\/p>\n<p>Well, Twitter user <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/pokeyugami\">@pokeyugami<\/a> has created what we believe may well be the most perfect realisation of a 3D Pok\u00e9mon game we&#8217;ve seen yet. We&#8217;re assuming the environment in question here is Viridian Forest from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/gameboy\/pokemon_red_and_blue\">Pok\u00e9mon Red &amp; Blue<\/a>, with creatures typical to that particular area &#8211; like Pikachu, Weedle, and Caterpie &#8211; all roaming around. Granted, it&#8217;s probably lacking in detail in some areas, like the glaring white background, but the main protagonist looks incredible!<\/p>\n<p>Chances are Game Freak will never opt for a style like this for their mainline Pok\u00e9mon games, sadly, but we can still dream. Still, it&#8217;s clear that the team are slowly but surely getting to grips with 3D visuals, with Scarlet &amp; Violet looking pretty nice in some places!<\/p>\n<p><em>What do you think of the art style displayed here?
