These affiliate partnerships do not influence our editorial content. <\/em> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Starting Wednesday, a new feature rollout for YouTube TV will allow content to be played back in a smaller window on <a href=\"https:\/\/appleinsider.com\/inside\/iphone\">iPhone<\/a> and iPad.\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"col-sm-12\">\n<p>YouTube TV picture-in-picture support for iOS and iPadOS is now rolling out for all users. The feature was <a href=\"https:\/\/appleinsider.com\/articles\/21\/08\/25\/youtube-enables-picture-in-picture-on-iphone-for-premium-subscribers\">initially tested<\/a> on YouTube Premium subscribers in August.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-12\">\n<p>The official YouTube TV Twitter account announced the soft launch in a tweet.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"align-center\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">iPhone &amp; iPad users <\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re happy to share that picture-in-picture is now rolling out to your iOS 15+ devices. Simply select a video to watch and swipe from the bottom of the screen to return to the device&#8217;s homepage. There will also be an option to hide the player for audio-only streaming.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-12\">\n<p>The Picture-in-Picture feature will be gradually made available will adopt <a href=\"https:\/\/appleinsider.com\/inside\/ios\">iOS<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/appleinsider.com\/inside\/ipados\">iPadOS<\/a>&#8216; native player.
