What we don&#8217;t see all that often, though, is a demo that accidentally lets its players enjoy more of the game than was originally intended.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of its launch on Switch later this month, Nintendo fans can jump onto the eShop and download a free demo of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/pikmin_3_deluxe\">Pikmin 3 Deluxe<\/a>. Ordinarily, the demo lets you experience the game&#8217;s first area and boss, teasing you into picking up the full game to enjoy the rest of the story.<\/p>\n<p>But, as you&#8217;re about to see in the video below, a series of glitches actually allows you to explore usually-out-of-bounds terrain to reach an area found later in the game. If you manage to pull them off \u2013 which isn&#8217;t as easy as you might think \u2013 you&#8217;ll be able to take on the Vehemoth Phosbat, the game&#8217;s second boss.<\/p>\n<p><em>The area is reached at around the five minute mark:<\/em><\/p>\n<aside class=\"object object-youtube\"><\/aside>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCvYVcu0ttqMsFXN5Idwg_Eg\">APerson13<\/a>, the YouTube user who uploaded the clip above, says that defeating the Vehemoth Phosbat actually unlocks a further side-story, but &#8220;likely due to a missing movie file, is still inaccessible and crashes when attempting to load the first mission.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em>Sneaky.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this modern era gaming, where regular patches and updates for our favourite games are the norm, it&#8217;s not exactly uncommon to come up against the odd glitch or two when a game first launches.
