We have a new Xbox One update preview coming to the Beta ring. It\u2019s important we note that some updates made in these preview OS builds include background improvements that ensure a quality and stable build for Xbox One.<\/p>\n<p>We continue to post these release notes, even when the noticeable changes to the UI are minimal, so you\u2019re aware when updates are coming to your device. These items aren\u2019t being ignored, but it will take Xbox engineers more <a href=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/2019\/09\/13\/your-insider-feedback\/\">time to find a solution<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>New issues we\u2019re investigating:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>System<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019ve received reports of some users getting \u201cstuck\u201d at the sign in screen. We are aware and investigating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>We\u2019re still tracking these known issues:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Audio<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Users who have Dolby Atmos enabled and console display settings set to 120hz with 36 bits per pixel (12-bit) are experiencing loss of Dolby Atmos audio in some situations.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workaround<\/strong>: Disable 120hz or set Video Fidelity to 30 bits per pixel (10-bit) or lower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Some users have reported that Dolby Atmos for Headphones audio setting changes when the console is rebooted\/updated.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>If you attempt to set the audio to Dolby Atmos for Headphones and see a message advising you to launch the Dolby Access App, please file feedback&nbsp;<strong>before<\/strong>&nbsp;launching the app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Game DVR<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some users have reported that clips are being recorded without audio. We are aware and investigating.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note: <\/strong>When reporting the issue, please be sure to include details about what resolution, length, and game you were trying to record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Guide<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some users have reported that the audio mixer cannot be used to adjust chat\/game audio levels.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve received reports that the Friends tab is not showing the correct status of online\/offline friends.<\/li>\n<li>Some users may notice that the Guide has changed appearance and functionality, this is expected behavior as there are certain experiences being flighted among a random subset of users in Preview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>My Games &amp; Apps<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Users have reported seeing black tiles instead of game artwork when browsing their collection.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>We are still investigating the issue, please report the issue again from the console if you have done so with a prior update and are still seeing this behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Some titles in collection may appear with a \u201ctrial\u201d tag incorrectly in collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>System<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Users may notice that the 24-hour clock does not display correctly across all sections of the dashboard. We are aware and investigating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile Color<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sometimes users may encounter the incorrect Profile color when powering on the console.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Make sure to use&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.xbox.com\/en-US\/xbox-one\/console\/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem\"><strong>Report a problem<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to keep us informed of your issue.
