As you&#8217;ve already no doubt heard, it&#8217;s bringing <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/balan_wonderworld\">Balan Wonderworld<\/a><\/strong> to the Nintendo Switch next Spring, but apart from this, it also announced <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/dragon_quest_xi_s_echoes_of_an_elusive_age_-_definitive_edition\">Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age &#8211; Definitive Edition<\/a><\/strong> would be released on the Xbox One, Windows PC, and PlayStation 4 on 4th December worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>It means this enhanced version of the game is no longer technically exclusive to the Nintendo Switch. This lovely role-playing game &#8211; keep in mind &#8211; was made available on the Nintendo Switch in September 2019, so it will have experienced just over a year of exclusivity on Switch before rolling out on every other platform &#8211; including Microsoft&#8217;s subscription service, Xbox Game Pass. <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pushsquare.com\/news\/2020\/07\/dragon_quest_xi_s_on_ps4_is_a_switch_port_no_upgrade_for_existing_dragon_quest_xi_players\">You can read more about the port over on our sister site, Push Square.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This follows on from Square Enix releasing its <em>other<\/em> RPG, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch\/octopath_traveler\">Octopath Traveler<\/a>,<\/strong> exclusively on the Nintendo Switch in 2018, and just under a year later making it available on the PC and more recently on Google Stadia.<\/p>\n<p>How do you feel about Dragon Quest XI S going to other platforms this December?
