It added swimming, diving, wet suits, and also fixed various bugs. Unfortunately, it&#8217;s also added a <em>new<\/em> glitch. A number of players are no longer able to cross over the zen bridges on their island.<\/p>\n<p>This broken bridge glitch seems to only be affecting <em>some<\/em> players at the moment &#8211; although there are <em>a lot<\/em> of <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=animal%20crossing%20bridge%20glitch&amp;src=typed_query\">videos on social media that demonstrate what exactly is happening<\/a>. The player walks to the middle of the bridge and is seemingly blocked by an invisible wall. If you swap to the game&#8217;s camera mode you should then be able to pass through the invisible barrier. Otherwise, you can visit Tom Nook in Resident Services and get the bridge demolished.<\/p>\n<p>Animal Crossing players have reported the same issues over on the <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/en-americas-support.nintendo.com\/app\/social\/questions\/detail\/qid\/98436\/~\/my-bridge-is-glitched-on-acnh%2C-i-cant-cross-it%3F\/page\/1\">official Nintendo support forums<\/a>. A lot of users also note how their zen bridge is located on the third level of their island &#8211; so it could be something to do with the game&#8217;s boundaries.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>I have a diagonal facing bridge on my 3rd level cliff and after the July 2nd update for the diving set, I cannot cross it anymore? I tried crossing from the other side but it stops my character from crossing the bridge. What do I do?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>With any luck, Nintendo is already working on a patch for this.
