Here&#8217;s the full announcement from Private Division&#8217;s official Twitter account:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Employees of Halcyon! A patch for The Outer Worlds on Nintendo Switch is in the works, and the team at Virtuos is investigating to further improve the game\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p>We will let the community know once we can confirm this update is available.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/reviews\/nintendo-switch\/outer_worlds\">own review of this &#8220;Fallout-in-space&#8221;-style RPG adventure<\/a>, we mentioned how Virtuos tried its best to &#8220;keep things as smooth as possible&#8221; in the Switch port, but couldn&#8217;t help but notice how the visuals looked a little rough &#8211; especially in docked mode, and the long load times.
