Keep reading for more details.<\/p>\n<h2><b>System Update Details:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>OS version released:<\/b> RS_XBOX_RELEASE_2005\\19041.2493.200512-1756<\/li>\n<li><b>Available<\/b>: 2 p.m. PT \u2013 May 13, 2020<\/li>\n<li><b>Mandatory<\/b>: 3 a.m. PT \u2013 May 14, 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/Hero_XboxOneUpdatePreview_Hero.png\" alt=\"System Update\"><\/p>\n<h2><b>Fixes for <\/b><b>Alpha and Beta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ve heard your feedback, and we\u2019re happy to announce the following fixes have been implemented for this 2005 build:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>System<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed an issue for consoles attempting to complete initial setup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/insiderscity.png\" alt=\"Xbox Insider Release Notes\"><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Known Issues for Alpha and Beta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>We understand some issues have been listed in previous Xbox Insider Release Notes. These issues aren\u2019t being ignored, but it will take Xbox engineers more time to find a solution. We appreciate your patience at this time!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Audio<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Users who have Dolby Atmos enabled and console display settings set to 120hz with 36 bits per pixel (12-bit) are experiencing loss of Dolby Atmos audio in some situations.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workaround<\/strong>: Disable 120hz or set Video Fidelity to 30 bits per pixel (10-bit) or lower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Some users have reported that Dolby Atmos for Headphones audio setting changes when the console is rebooted\/updated.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note: <\/strong>If you attempt to set the audio to Dolby Atmos for Headphones and see a message advising you to launch the Dolby Access App, please file feedback <strong>before<\/strong> launching the app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Community<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Comments on Activity Feed items are not loading for some users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Guide<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Some users are reporting that they are not seeing Gamerpics or Profile information in the Friends tab.&nbsp; We are aware of the issue and investigating.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve received reports that the Friends tab is not showing the correct status of online\/offline friends.<\/li>\n<li>Some users may notice that the Guide has changed appearance and functionality, this is expected behavior as there are certain experiences being flighted among a random subset of users in Preview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Messages<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Users are reporting that Message notifications that have been marked as read are re-appearing as new. We are aware and investigating the behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>My Games &amp; Apps<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Users have reported seeing black tiles instead of game artwork when browsing their collection.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note: <\/strong>We are still investigating the issue, please report the issue again from the console if you have done so with a prior update and are still seeing this behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Some titles in collection may appear with a \u201ctrial\u201d tag incorrectly in collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Profile Color<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sometimes users may encounter the incorrect Profile color when powering on the console.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you not seeing your issue listed above?
