It includes various materials and tools to help you jump into development and, once you&#8217;re done, you can upload your finished games to the server for others to check out.<\/p>\n<p>An earlier edition of the app actually made its way to 3DS a few years back &#8211; we were <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/reviews\/3ds-eshop\/smilebasic\">pretty impressed with it at the time<\/a> &#8211; and this new release seems to expand upon that quite significantly.
