The standard edition<\/a> will set you back $34.99 and the Classic Edition<\/a> including various extra goodies is $59.99. Pre-orders will close one week after the digital release (TBD).<\/p>\n

Original article – Tue 17th Mar, 2020 02:45 GMT:<\/strong> It’s still hard to believe Streets of Rage 4<\/a><\/strong> is a thing – but yeah, it’s happening. It’s even better knowing a Limited Run Games physical release is also on the way. While we’ve been aware of this since the<\/p>\n

start of the year<\/a><\/p>\n

, the physical games specialist has now officially revealed what this hard-copy “Classic Edition” of the game will look like and what exactly it includes. If you don’t want that, you always opt with the standard edition.<\/p>\n

In the Classic Edition, you’ll get the game, game case, a SteelBook case, and a large Genesis clamshell that houses all of it (how fitting). “Open pre-orders” on the Limited Run Games website will start at 10am ET on 20th March.<\/p>\n

Limited Run also noted some slight differences between the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 edition:<\/p>\n

The Classic Edition will be available on PS4 and Switch, both will have the same Genesis clamshell coversheet, but Switch will include an additional slipcover with Switch platform branding.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Although pre-orders go live on 20th March and will be open for an extended period, a release date for this title hasn’t officially been announced yet, so stay tuned.
