Welcome to our first Xbox Insider Community Spotlight! Here we feature prominent Xbox Insiders from the Xbox Insider Community.<\/p>\n

This month we\u2019re delighted to introduce The Wee Bear, who holds the title of current Xbox Insider XP champion! We reached out to The Wee Bear who was kind enough to answer a few questions about himself and his experiences in the Xbox Insider Program.<\/p>\n

Greetings The Wee Bear! Thanks for taking time to chat with us! First question, how long have you been an Xbox Insider, and what Xbox One Update Preview ring are you part of?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Wee Bear:<\/strong> Thank you so much for featuring me, it\u2019s really flattering that someone thought of me! I\u2019m part of Preview Alpha and I\u2019ve been an Xbox Insider for 3 years 10 months, since the very beginning. I\u2019m currently Level 42 with 6,445 XP.<\/p>\n

Wow that\u2019s awesome! And where are you from, if you don\u2019t mind us asking?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Wee Bear:<\/strong> I\u2019m from Scotland, UK.<\/p>\n

And what do you do for a living?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Wee Bear:<\/strong> I work for a charity that teaches British sign language. I do a bit of everything from maintaining websites to helping successful students receive their well earned certificates.<\/p>\n

That sounds like very rewarding work. So, what are some of your favorite games on Xbox?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Wee Bear:<\/strong> Pretty much every Lego game you can think of, I love them all! I\u2019m also a big fan of Assassin\u2019s Creed and the Forza Horizon series.<\/p>\n

Are there any achievements you\u2019ve earned that you\u2019re particularly proud of?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Wee Bear:<\/strong> I earned one recently in the The Lego Ninjago Movie Video Game called Master of Speed. You had to complete all the races in the game and the last race was super tough. I must have tried it a billion times! But, if at first you don\u2019t succeed, try, try again. Eventually I got it, phew!<\/p>\n

Nice! You\u2019ve got quite the history as an Xbox Insider, but what do you like most about the Xbox Insider Program?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Wee Bear:<\/strong> I love trying out new features (of course), but I also enjoy spending time finding bugs and figuring out what\u2019s not working right. However, I think the most rewarding thing is all the friends I\u2019ve met as an Xbox Insider.\u00a0Personally I think it\u2019s very gratifying to get thanked for helping out fellow Xbox Insiders, and I get lots of nice messages too.<\/p>\n

The two questions I get asked all the time are \u201cDo you work for Microsoft?\u201d (No!) and \u201cHow do you have so much XP?\u201d (That\u2019s just down to time in the Xbox Insider Program). Many people don\u2019t realize the Xbox Insider Program has been going on for almost 4 years now!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
