Today, Square Enix and Disney introduced nine unforgettable adventures to players on Xbox One for the first time. The expansive compilations of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix<\/em><\/strong><\/a> and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue<\/em><\/strong><\/a> bring together the previous Kingdom Hearts adventures, paving the way for new players to experience the journey leading up to the release of the critically acclaimed Kingdom Hearts III<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (available with Xbox Game Pass for Console starting on February 25). <\/p>\n

Exclusive to Xbox One, players can earn 197 achievements worth 4,000 Gamerscore in Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix<\/em> and 69 achievements worth 2,000 Gamerscore in Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom
\nHearts Re:Chain of Memories<\/em>, and Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix<\/em>, you\u2019ll control
\nSora, a brave boy with the ability to use a powerful weapon known as a
\nKeyblade. Along with his friends Donald and Goofy, Sora travels across various Disney
