The end of yet another busy week is upon us, and after all the Pok\u00e9mon Sword and Shield leak drama<\/a>, news of more NES and SNES games<\/a>, and review bomb shenanigans<\/a>, it’s time to wind down and enjoy some games over the weekend.<\/em><\/p>\n

I picked up Runbow<\/a><\/strong> and Super Chariot<\/a><\/strong> in a sale recently as well as OTTTD<\/a><\/strong>, so assuming I can put aside a little time I\u2019d like to dip into those. What I\u2019d really<\/em> like to do is get stuck into one of the awesome strategy games sitting on my micro SD. I\u2019m only a couple of hours into Mario + Rabbids<\/a><\/strong>, Into The Breach<\/a><\/strong> and Fire Emblem: Three Houses<\/a><\/strong>, and the release of the latest round of DLC for the latter is reminding me that I\u2019ve only scratched the surface. Too many great games.<\/p>\n

Some people are complaining about no Nintendo Direct announcement yet \u2013 it\u2019s A-OK with me. I\u2019ve got enough to keep me busy into 2023.<\/p>\n

I’m still making my way through F<\/strong>inal Fantasy VI<\/strong>I<\/strong><\/a> at the moment. It’s taking a lot longer than I thought it would, and I’ve only just got out of Midgar. The enhancements for the Switch version have proven to be extremely useful though, and I’m loving my time with the game!<\/p>\n

I’m also still spending a few hours here and there with the wonderful Animal Crossing: New Leaf<\/a><\/strong>. It’s completely sucked me back in, but I’m trying not to go too hard on it for fear of burning out by the time New Horizons<\/a><\/strong> launches!<\/p>\n
