Starting at 6:00 p.m. PT today, users will receive the latest 2002 Xbox One system update (build: 19H1_RELEASE_XBOX_DEV_2002\\18363.9132.200205-2000). Keep reading for more details.<\/p>\n<h2><b>System Update Details:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>OS version released<\/b>: <span>19H1_RELEASE_XBOX_DEV_2002\\18363.9132.200205-2000<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Available<\/b>: 6 p.m. PT \u2013 February 6, 2020<\/li>\n<li><b>Mandatory<\/b>: 3 a.m. PT \u2013 February 7, 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/Hero_XboxOneUpdatePreview_Hero.png?is-pending-load=1\" alt=\"System Update\" class=\" jetpack-lazy-image\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/Hero_XboxOneUpdatePreview_Hero.png\" alt=\"System Update\"><\/p>\n<h2><b>Fixes for Beta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ve heard your feedback, and we\u2019re happy to announce the following fixes have been implemented for this 2002 build:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Disney+<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed an issue where users reported audio\/video sync issues after fast forwarding\/rewinding content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>My Games &amp; Apps<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Users should now see the updates section refresh when content completes installation.<\/li>\n<li>Various UI fixes when console is in High contrast mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Netflix<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed an issue where the app would not play Dolby Atmos content.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note: <\/strong>If you continue to see this behavior, please submit feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Store<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Users should now be able to install the update for the Store.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> Make sure to retry the update if it still shows not installed, if you continue to see issues submit feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>System<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Various updates to properly reflect local languages across the console.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/insiderscity.png?is-pending-load=1\" alt=\"Xbox Insider Release Notes\" class=\" jetpack-lazy-image\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/insiderscity.png\" alt=\"Xbox Insider Release Notes\"><\/p>\n<h2><b>Known Issues for Beta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>We understand some issues have been listed in previous Xbox Insider Release Notes. These issues aren\u2019t being ignored, but it will take Xbox engineers more time to find a solution. We appreciate your patience at this time!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Audio<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re aware of an issue where users who enable Dolby Atmos formats (Home theater or headphones) on their console may experience Netflix playback errors with Atmos enabled shows and movies.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workaround<\/strong>: Disable Dolby Atmos in Settings while we fully diagnose and rectify the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Users who have Dolby Atmos enabled and console display settings set to 120hz with 36 bits per pixel (12-bit) are experiencing loss of Dolby Atmos audio in some situations.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workaround<\/strong>: Disable 120hz or set Video Fidelity to 30 bits per pixel (10-bit) or lower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>My Games &amp; Apps<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>When using \u201cGroup by letter\u201d filter, using the \u201cJump to Letter\u201d menu will have UI issues.<\/li>\n<li>Some users have reported not seeing all available content in their collection\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> Please make sure to include any specific missing titles in your feedback description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Some titles in collection may appear with a \u201ctrial\u201d tag incorrectly in collection.<\/li>\n<li>Users have reported that artwork isn\u2019t loading in the download queue while installing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Store<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Users are reporting that they are unable to download an update for the app. We are aware of the issue and working on a fix.<b><\/b>\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li><b>Note: <\/b>The Store app will still launch and work normally while we are working on this issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Profile Color<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sometimes users may encounter the incorrect Profile color when powering on the console.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you not seeing your issue listed above?
