That\u2019s where Xbox Support<br \/>\nsteps in \u2013 whether via the Xbox Assist app on Xbox One, our online help at support.xbox.com,<br \/>\nour support forums or our customer support advocates, we\u2019re always working to get<br \/>\nyou back to gaming as fast as possible. <\/p>\n<p>Today, we\u2019re sharing another update \u2013 a new version of our <a href=\"https:\/\/beta.support.xbox.com\">support website<\/a>. We\u2019ve completely rebuilt the site with a brand-new look and feel that makes it faster and simpler to get help with your account, games, subscriptions and devices. Not only does the new site make finding help easier and more intuitive, it provides notifications based on what\u2019s happening with Xbox and your account so the information you need is front and center. <\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/SXCInline1.jpg\" alt class=\"wp-image-130016\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Here are some of the updates we\u2019ve made: &nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Smarter search<\/strong> \u2013 Search using your own<br \/>\nwords and we\u2019ll match you with the best solution we have, plus suggestions from<br \/>\nthe community. The new search is focused on support exclusively and improves<br \/>\nfrom use over time. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal notifications<\/strong> \u2013 Sign in with<br \/>\nyour Microsoft account and we\u2019ll give you notifications and alerts to solve<br \/>\nproblems or prevent them before they happen. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Designed for mobile<\/strong> \u2013 The new site is<br \/>\ndesigned to work and look great on your phone or tablet so you can get help<br \/>\neasily from your preferred device. And of course, it looks great from a web browser<br \/>\ntoo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Contact Us <\/strong>\u2013 We\u2019ve made it quick and<br \/>\neasy to solve problems on your own, but we know that sometimes you just need to<br \/>\nconnect with a person. Contact options are conveniently located in every article<br \/>\nand offer new tools to connect you to the best options for your specific question.\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>It\u2019s fast <\/strong>\u2013 If you\u2019re a gamer, you<br \/>\nprobably get enough of lag and loading screens. You might not be able to see<br \/>\nit, but we rebuilt support.xbox.com from the ground up to help every page load<br \/>\nfaster. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We aren\u2019t done yet. We\u2019re planning more updates to keep<br \/>\nimproving Xbox Support online based on your feedback.
