You see, the new curry recipes in Sword and Shield reveal Slowpoke actually appears as a cooking ingredient within this region. Yep, people located in Galar like to eat Pok\u00e9mon.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a bagged treat referred to as Smoke-Pok\u00e9 Tail \u2013 commonly known as a Slowpoke&#8217;s tail \u2013 according to a description in the game. On the plus side, the tail at least grows back.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>One of the many ingredients that can be used for cooking at your camp. When a Slowpoke\u2019s tail falls off, it grows back quickly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure class=\"picture strip\"><\/figure>\n<p>When <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/exclusive-video\/2019\/10\/02\/101-rapid-fire-questions-about-pokemon-sword-and-shield\">Game Informer<\/a> originally asked Sword and Shield director Shigeru Ohmori if people in Galar were making sausages out of Pok\u00e9mon, he replied saying he didn&#8217;t know what was in them. This latest finding, however, confirms people in this region are indeed cooking up Pok\u00e9mon.<\/p>\n<p>It wouldn&#8217;t be the first time a discovery like this has been made, either. An <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.polygon.com\/pokemon\/2018\/9\/28\/17914112\/what-do-pokemon-eat-food-humans\">investigation<\/a> last year found people within this universe also consume Pok\u00e9mon byproducts, such as Miltank milk and Chansey eggs.
