Here we are once again, safely in the loving embrace of another weekend. This week saw all sorts of censorship shenanigans<\/a> and even a cheeky new game for the Wii U<\/a>, but now we can sit down, relax, and enjoy some game time.<\/em><\/p>\n

This weekend I\u2019ll be trying to stop myself from picking up The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt \u2013 Complete Edition<\/a><\/strong> for Nintendo Switch. I\u2019ve already played through the game and both expansions on two other<\/em> platforms, but the idea of having a portable version of the game that’s accessible at all times is starting to win me over. Buying the same game three times is perfectly acceptable, right?<\/p>\n

I think I might try and distract myself with Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair<\/a><\/strong> instead, after my copy of the game didn\u2019t show up on time last week. I’ll also play some Rocket League<\/a><\/strong> now that the Halloween celebrations<\/a> are live.<\/p>\n

A round of applause, please \u2013 I managed to go an entire week<\/em> without getting anything in the sale, not even that game that was down to 9 cents<\/a> on the US eShop. This weekend I mostly plan to be playing Astral Chain<\/a><\/strong>, Edith Finch<\/a><\/strong> and\/or a little Overcooked 2<\/a><\/strong>. I went from having bled that game utterly dry to there being a ton of DLC that I haven\u2019t touched. Love that game. Have a good one folks!<\/p>\n
