Here we are then, folks! The end of yet another week. This one brought with it a Fortnite lawsuit<\/a> and a ridiculous Mario Kart Tour microtransaction<\/a> pack, but with all that anger out of the way, it’s time to chill with some of our favourite games.<\/em><\/p>\n

I fear I am becoming a broken record but yes, Astral Chain<\/a><\/strong> and Daemon X Machina<\/a><\/strong> remain as the main course for this weekend along with slices of Yooka-Laylee<\/strong> and the<\/strong><\/a> Impossible Lair<\/a><\/strong>, Star Wars Pinball<\/a><\/strong>, Sniper Elite 3 Ultimate Edition<\/a><\/strong>, the impeccable conversion of Battlestar Galactica Deadlock<\/a><\/strong> and the nostalgia-filled Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered<\/a><\/strong>. Harold Ramis, you are missed.<\/p>\n

My game of the week is again not one but several – Trine: Ultimate Collection<\/a><\/strong> is a delightful package with a ton of content, especially for yours truly who only ever played the first two games and now has the divisive third entry and the brand new Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince<\/a><\/strong> to explore.<\/p>\n

This weekend I intended to play Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair<\/strong>, but as my copy of the game still hasn\u2019t arrived, I\u2019ll be falling back on The Legend of Zelda: Link\u2019s Awakening<\/a><\/strong> and Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive of Age<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m also planning to spend some more time racing about in the free-to-download Switch title, Asphalt 9: Legends<\/a><\/strong>. The last time I actually played a game in this series was on the Nintendo DS, so I\u2019m interested to see how much it has evolved since then. Apart from this, I might train up in the demo<\/a> for Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020<\/a><\/strong> and try out the local multiplayer mode. That\u2019s all for this weekend!<\/p>\n
