The patent was supposedly\u00a0originally filed in 2006 with regard to the Nintendo DS Wrist Strap.<\/p>\n<p>Nintendo\u00a0filed these complaints against Colopl\u00a0back in 2016, but after insistence by the developer that\u00a0no copyright infringement occurred they\u00a0decided to take legal action.
